The absence of integrated systems between departments leads to data duplication, information flow delays, and high administrative workloads that hinder operational efficiency. Through the Eco-Socio-Psycho-Religio-Technic (ESPRT) paradigm, these inefficiencies are analyzed not merely as Technical barriers but as holistic issues impacting energy and time waste (Eco), social coordination hurdles between actors (Socio), increased employee Psychological stress (Psycho), and a decline in data transparency as an embodiment of the value of trust or amanah (Religio).
The objective of this research is to design proposed business process improvements (To-Be) that are more efficient and integrated using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) approach. The methodology involves workflow modeling with BPMN, identifying root causes through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using fishbone diagrams, and implementing streamlining techniques, including upgrading, duplication elimination, integration, simplification, error proofing, and cycle time reduction.
The results indicate that the proposed business process design successfully reduced the number of activity steps from 8 to 5, equivalent to a 37.5% efficiency in process steps. In terms of duration, the total processing time significantly decreased from 315 minutes to 20 minutes, resulting in a time efficiency of 93.6%. This web-based information system transformation is proven to eliminate non-value-added activities, strengthen data management integrity, and create a more sustainable and humane organizational governance.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">005.12 Software System Analysis and Design/Sistem Analisa dan Desain Perangkat Lunak</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-08-18</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
