However, evaluating the success of the system's implementation needs to consider not only technical aspects but also Islamic values that characterize pesantren-based educational institutions. This study aims to develop a model for evaluating the success of SIAKAD by integrating the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model and the IS Impact Model while adding the Islamic Values construct. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 98 SIAKAD users, consisting of lecturers and students at Ma'had 'Aly Idrisiyyah, using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through the SmartPLS 4 application. The research results show that Information Quality has a positive effect on Intention to Use and User Satisfaction, meaning Information Quality affects Net Benefits both through Intention to Use and through User Satisfaction. System Quality doesn’t have an effect on either Intention to Use or User Satisfaction. Service Quality doesn’t affect Intention to Use, but it does affect User Satisfaction. The Islamic Values construct is proven to increase Intention to Use, but it doesn’t directly affect User Satisfaction. Also, Intention to Use significantly affects Net Benefits and User Satisfaction affects Intention to Use, while User Satisfaction doesn’t show a significant impact on Net Benefits.. This finding shows that integrating the two models with the addition of the Islamic Values construct can provide a more comprehensive framework for evaluating the success of SIAKAD in Islamic educational institutions.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">004.21 Sistem Informasi</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-08-13</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
