Industrial Relations Court Decision Number 11/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Yyk involves a dispute concerning employment status, wage entitlement, and the legality of termination, raising questions regarding the application of Gustav Radbruch's theory of justice. This study aims to analyze the judges' legal reasoning and assess whether the decision reflects the principle of justice in Indonesian labor law. This study employed an empirical juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained through library research, analysis of Industrial Relations Court Decision Number 11/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Yyk, and interviews with relevant informants. The data were analyzed qualitatively using Gustav Radbruch's theory of justice, emphasizing the values of justice, legal certainty, and expediency. The findings indicate that the judges primarily emphasized legal certainty by maintaining the plaintiff's employment status as a fixed-term employment agreement (PKWT) based on the parties' contract, thereby failing to fully realize substantive justice for the worker. Although the court granted several statutory rights, the plaintiff was denied severance pay and long-service compensation because permanent employment status (PKWTT) was not recognized.
