This study was conducted at PT Mazaraat Lokanatura Indonesia, an organic cheese company located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The research aims to assess supply chain performance through an integrated methodological framework comprising the Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS), Analytic Network Process (ANP), and Objective Matrix (OMAX), supplemented by the Traffic Light System (TLS). The SCOR DS framework was employed to identify performance indicators across six core processes: Plan, Order, Source, Transform, Fulfill, and Return. The ANP method was applied to determine the relative weight of each Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by capturing interdependencies among indicators, resulting in 31 validated KPIs. The derived weights were subsequently incorporated into the OMAX to compute the performance score of each indicator, which was then classified using the TLS. The findings reveal an overall supply chain performance score of 7,319, indicating a moderately satisfactory level of performance. In terms of TLS classification, 15 KPIs were categorized as green, 15 as yellow, and 1 as red. These results suggest that the company necessitates systematic evaluation and targeted improvement efforts, particularly with regard to the KPI classified in the red category, to enhance the overall effectiveness of its supply chain operations.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">670 Teknik Industri</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-19</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
