This mechanism raises fundamental questions regarding its compliance with the principles of Islamic economic law, particularly DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 concerning General Guidelines for Sharia Insurance, given that existing sharia insurance regulations have not fully accommodated business models based on user behavioral data. This research employs a normative legal method with a library research approach, examining Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance, Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (P2SK Law), Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulations related to insurtech, as well as DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001, analyzed using Gustav Radbruch's theory of the three basic values of law, namely justice (Gerechtigkeit), legal certainty (Rechtssicherheit), and expediency (Zweckm{\"a}ssigkeit). This research produces two findings. First, the driving score and reward features of MyGo+ correspond to the pattern of the Ju?{\=a}lah contract; however, the clarity of the ju'l (reward) and natijah (target outcome) has not been transparently formulated, so it does not yet fully comply with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 62/DSN-MUI/XII/2007. Meanwhile, the dynamic premium mechanism instead reflects a dominant tij{\=a}rah character, as it constitutes a commercial exchange based on individual user performance. Second, based on Radbruch's theory, this scheme remains weak in terms of legal certainty, as it has not been explicitly regulated under the Insurance Law or the P2SK Law, while the values of justice and expediency require clarity of the reward conditions so as not to disadvantage users. This research concludes that strengthening regulation and sharia supervision is necessary so that telematics-based innovation does not erode the fundamental principles of sharia insurance.} }
