El Niño causes the dry season to become significantly longer and drier than usual. This research is motivated by the lack of water availability and irrigation management in rainfed agriculture in the Tuban region, East Java. The objective of this study is to design, construct, and test an automatic monitoring and irrigation system based on the ESP32-WROOM-32U module within a production borehole network using the MQTT protocol for rice farming in Margomulyo Village.This research was conducted through three stages: system design, construction, and testing. The design stage utilized Fritzing to create the circuit schematic. The construction stage began with preparing tools and materials, assembling hardware, and developing software. The system testing stage included evaluations to determine the functional suitability and precision values of the system. The results obtained from this automatic monitoring and irrigation system demonstrated a 100% functional suitability rate and a precision value of 99.22%.
