Therefore, this study focuses on determining the level of system success through an in-depth evaluation of three main elements: human, organization, and technology. Methodologically, this study employs an evaluative quantitative approach using the Human Organization Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework. The research variables consist of Human, Organization, and Technology, which include the effectiveness of system utilization, user satisfaction, internal organizational management, organizational environmental conditions, as well as the quality of technical aspects, information quality, and service support. Primary and secondary data were collected from 101 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of students as library users and library staff. Data were collected through questionnaires, direct observation, and document review. The data were then analyzed through instrument validity and reliability testing, followed by descriptive statistical analysis using mean and grand mean calculations. The results show that the OPAC system at the MAN 3 Sleman Library is categorized as good, with assessment percentages ranging from 66.3% to 81.2%. These findings indicate that the implementation of the OPAC system has been able to support users’ needs in searching for and retrieving information in the library. Therefore, overall, the OPAC system has been functioning well and is able to support library service activities. Nevertheless, continuous improvement through user socialization, training, and the development of service features is still necessary to optimize the utilization of the OPAC system.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">025.042 Digital Library/Perpustakaan Digital</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-08-06</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
