The relatively new Center for Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) at Nahdlatul Ulama University in Yogyakarta relies on effective persuasive communication to build stakeholder trust and foster lasting partnerships. This study aims to examine the persuasive communication strategies implemented by the GEDSI Center to build these strategic partnerships. A qualitative case study was conducted, and data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. The key informants for this study were Erin Gayatri, M.A. (Director of the GEDSI Center) and Wiwin Siti Aminah Rohmawati (Senior Advisor and First Director of the GEDSI Center). The research findings indicate that the GEDSI Research Center implements three persuasive communication strategies from DeFleur and Ball-Rokeach: psychodynamic, sociocultural, and meaning-building strategies. These three strategies have proven effective in fostering trust, facilitating message adaptation to partner characteristics, building shared values, and maintaining strategic collaboration with diverse stakeholders.} }
