The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving librarians, students, and teachers as the main informants. The findings indicate that the library plays several important roles: (1) as a source of information through its relevant collections and circulation services; (2) as a facilitator of education by providing supporting infrastructure for learning; (3) as a contributor to human resource development through literacy programs and training; (4) as a counselor by offering a psychological space for students to express themselves and seek informal guidance; and (5) as a promoter of reading interest through various literacy activities.
