The library application constitutes a component of library automation. The presence of this application represents an effort to foster reading interest within the community by providing easier access to information. Despite this innovation, the PODI application remains underutilized by the public, as reflected in its low download rate relative to the city?s population. This study employs a quantitative approach using associative methods, involving 99 respondents selected through purposive sampling from both users and non-users of the PODI application. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and classical assumption testing. The findings indicate that the quality of the PODI application measured using SERVQUAL indicators (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) has a significant and positive influence on users' reading interest, which is assessed through four indicators: pleasure, interest, attention, and persistence. The results of hypothesis testing show a t-count of 4.703 with a significance level of 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05), confirming the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho). Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of PODI application services positively affects the reading interest of users in the Pasuruan City Library. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation tool for improving digital library services and as a reference for future research on reading interest and library application development.} }
