"This research aims to evaluate the management of the Kuntum Melati Library of\r\nMuhammadiyah Bodon Elementary School using the CIPP Model and to determine\r\nthe steps that can be taken by the library as an effort to improve based on the\r\ndeficiencies found in the field. The research method used is descriptive qualitative\r\nwith data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and\r\ndocumentation. Determination of informants using purposive and snowball\r\nsampling techniques. Miles and Huberman's theory is used in the data analysis\r\nmethod which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.\r\nData validity are triangulation and member check. The results show that: In the\r\ncontext evaluation, the Kuntum Melati Library didn’t conduct user analysis and\r\nSWOT analysis as an initial step in planning. The problems faced are related to the\r\nbudget, communication with school residents, and lack of supporting facilities. The\r\nassets owned by the library are in the form of adequate facilities and infrastructure,\r\nwhile opportunities are obtained from library cooperation with external parties.\r\nThe input evaluation shows that the determination of human resources does not\r\nmeet the qualification standards of library staff, there is no long-term plan, the\r\nbudget is tentative, and the strategy is in the form of a survey of collection needs\r\nfor the development of program collections and orientation as education and\r\nlibrary promotion. The evaluation of the process is running well including\r\nsupervision by the principal through supervision, direction, and functionalization.\r\nCoordination is not running optimally due to double jobs. Product evaluation shows\r\nthat there are library reports. In terms of library function achievement, there are\r\nstill shortcomings in the simple research function. The products produced are\r\nsynopsis services, reading corners, bulletins, and book king-queen programs.\r\nEfforts that can be made by the library include conducting user analysis and SWOT\r\nanalysis, improving communication with school residents, adding supporting\r\nfacilities, selecting human resources according to qualification standards, longterm\r\nplanning, setting a budget according to standards, dividing tasks according to\r\nability, procuring collections, and fulfilling functions as a simple research center."^^ .
