This study was conducted using qualitative methods. The subjects of this study consisted of librarians and library users of the UII Library Directorate. The object of the study was the recreation function at the UII Library Directorate which applies the GLAM concept. The sampling technique in this study used the snowball sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used several methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the Miles and Huberman data analysis model in Sugiyono's book, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. To test the validity of the data, this study used a credibility test with source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation.
