This research uses a qulitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data validity test in this research used source and method triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles \& Huberman theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The background of this research is based on the low number of student visits to the library which tends to fluctuate and has not been stable. The library as a learning resource center should be an important space to support students academic process. However, in reality there are still many students who have not utilized the library optimally. The result of this study is that students visiting interest is based on a number of interrelated factors. These factors include the completeness and relevance of the collection, the comfort of the room and facilities, the location and accessibility of the library, the quality of service and the attitude of the librarian, and the promotion that has not been maximized. In addition, students visit the library only at certain times such as when there are exams or a lot of assignments, and also students prefer to access through digital. UKDW library has made several efforts to increase the number of students visits, such as adding and adjusting collections with faculty RPS, improving facilities, organizing information literacy programs, and increasing promotions.} }
