        abstract = {This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the institutional repository based on Eprints at Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, using the five dimensions of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study are users who have accessed the institutional repository at the Amikom Resource Center, while the object of the research is the user satisfaction with the use of Eprints from the user?s perspective. The sample size used in this study is 96 respondents, selected through accidental sampling. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques with percentages measured through a Likert scale and processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study show that the percentage for the content dimension is 81.51\%, the accuracy dimension is 77.73\%, the format dimension is 86.98\%, the ease of use dimension is 88.02\%, and the timeliness dimension is 84.81\%. Based on these results, the overall user satisfaction percentage with the Eprints-based institutional repository at Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta is 83.85\%, which falls into the very high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Eprints-based institutional repository at Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta is highly satisfying for its users.}
