Additionally, physical access to libraries remains limited, especially for children. To address this, the Klaten Regency Library and Archives Department launched the Bejanaku Program (School Bus for Children to Read Books), aimed at bringing library services directly to students through a pick-up service concept. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Bejanaku program in enhancing children's reading interest in Klaten Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the implementation and impact of the Bejanaku Program. Data was collected through interviews with librarians and teachers as program participants' supervisors, using purposive sampling techniques, followed by observations and documentation. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study show that the Bejanaku Program not only encourages children to participate in reading activities, but also shapes early literacy habits, fosters curiosity, and broadens children's learning experiences through visits to various educational locations. Children appear more enthusiastic about participating in reading activities, while teachers and librarians view the program as an effective tool for introducing libraries at an early age. However, the implementation of the program still faces challenges such as limited transportation facilities, coordination with early childhood education centers regarding scheduling, and limited library staff. So far, the Bejanaku Program has had a positive impact on expanding literacy access in Klaten District and has become an innovative library service that can be adopted by other regions.
