These conditions make career maturity and social comparison important factors to be studied in relation to the quarter-life crisis. This study aims to determine the relationship between career maturity and social comparison with the quarter-life crisis in final year students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research subjects were 197 final year students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale, Career Maturity Scale, and Social Comparison Scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the study indicate that career maturity and social comparison simultaneously have a significant relationship with the Quarter Life Crisis (F = 51.959; p < 0.001) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.342. Partially, career maturity has a positive and significant relationship with the Quarter Life Crisis (β = 0.228; p < 0.001), while social comparison also has a positive and significant relationship with the Quarter Life Crisis (β = 0.521; p < 0.001). This study indicates that career maturity and social comparison play a role in explaining variations in the Quarter Life Crisis in final year students. These findings can be a basis for universities to develop career guidance programs and psychological services to help students face the transition to the world of work more adaptively %Z Syaiful Fakhri, S.Psi., M.Psi.
