If left unaddressed, this condition may develop into more serious mental health problems. This study aimed to examine the relationship between the quality of dhikr (Islamic remembrance of Allah) and the quarter-life crisis among Muslim adults. This research employed quantitative correlational design. The participants consisted of 301 Muslim adults residing in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires distributed both online and offline through a convenience sampling technique. The instruments used included the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale adapted from Afandi et al. (2023), which is based on the theory proposed by Robbins and Wilner (2001), and the Dhikr Quality Scale developed based on Ash-Shiddieqy's theory as cited in Nashori (2005). Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests followed by the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The results revealed a significant negative relationship between the quality of dhikr and the quarter-life crisis among Muslim adults in Yogyakarta (r = –0.641, p < .001), indicating that higher levels of dhikr quality were associated with lower levels of quarter-life crisis. The quality of dhikr accounted for 41.1% of the variance in quarter-life crisis. These findings suggest that improving the quality of dhikr may serve as an important strategy for individuals entering early adulthood to help reduce the level of quarter-life crisis experienced by Muslim adults in Yogyakarta.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">155.6 Psikologi Dewasa</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-22</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN HUMANIORA</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
