One of the most important menajeman human resources (HR) in an enterprise is the selection of the best employees on a periodic basis so as to boost employee morale and dedication in improving its performance. But the fact Pamella supermarkets still not optimal selection of the best employees in the implementation of this is due to the unavailability of media that can process employee assessment and provide recommendations for the selection of the best employees. This study aims to determine the assessment procedures and selection of the best employee at Pamella Supermarkets Yogyakarta as well as to produce a decision support system based on selection of the best employee self-service needs of the Pamella. In determining the best employees at Pamella supermarkets, the system uses the Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) using the criteria - criteria that have been used in the Pamella swalan of honesty, obey the rules, absent / alpha, discipline, responsibility, cleanliness, crafts, creativity, cooperation and a smile. The system was developed with Delphi 7.0 programming language and MySQL. This information system can be used to process employee data from the employee entrance, employee appraisal process, the process of selecting the best employees, up to the reporting process the employee. Output in this system are the values calculated by the method of selection of the best employees Simple Additive weighting (SAW) and recommendations for Pamella employee self-service.
