Gabriel Fatahillah MunirauthorThis study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy, institutional image, product diversity, and promotion on member decisions at KSPPS Kopsim NU Batang. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 151 respondents, data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4. The model explains 90.2 percent of the variance in member decisions (R-Square = 0.902). Islamic financial literacy showed no significant effect, while institutional image, product diversity, and promotion had significant positive effects, with product diversity being most dominant.
