abstract: This study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy, institutional image, product diversity, and promotion on member decisions at KSPPS Kopsim NU Batang. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 151 respondents, data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4. The model explains 90.2 percent of the variance in member decisions (R-Square = 0.902). Islamic financial literacy showed no significant effect, while institutional image, product diversity, and promotion had significant positive effects, with product diversity being most dominant. Member decisions were more influenced by institutional factors than by financial literacy.
