This study employed a quantitative approach involving a sample of 50 employees of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta selected using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that the work environment and Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, both the work environment and Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, OCB was not found to mediate the relationship between the work environment and employee performance, nor the relationship between Islamic work ethics and employee performance.
