Based on Career Construction Theory, this study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method using a structured questionnaire distributed census-wise to 50 active employees at nine financial institutions. The data were then analyzed using SPSS-assisted multiple linear regression, including t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results demonstrated that learning agility, growth mindset, and career adaptability each had a positive and significant partial effect on subjective career success, with learning agility as the most dominant variable. Together, the three variables explained 56.7% of the variation in subjective career success.
