Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes secondary data from annual financial statements. The sample comprises 20 companies, totaling 100 observations, selected via purposive sampling. Analysis was performed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) in EViews 12. Findings indicate that, individually, the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Firm Size do not significantly affect Profit Growth, whereas Sales Growth exerts a significant negative effect. Collectively, however, all four variables significantly influence Profit Growth.
