abstract: Hindun Sofiyanti, 22102040043, with the title “Planning and Supervision of Digital-Based Zakat, Infak, and Alms Fundraising at LAZISNU, Nahdlatul Ulama Regional Board, Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2025”. Da'wah Management Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta, 2026. This research is motivated by the development of digital technology, which encourages zakat management institutions to utilize digital technology in the implementation of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah fundraising. LAZISNU PWNU DIY has utilized several digital platforms to support fundraising activities. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal and still faces several obstacles, indicating the need for proper planning and supervision. The purpose of this research is to examine the planning and supervision of digital-based zakat, infaq, and sadaqah fundraising at LAZISNU PWNU DIY. Data were collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model through data collection, data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the planning and supervision of digital-based zakat, infaq, and sadaqah fundraising at LAZISNU PWNU DIY had been implemented well. Planning was carried out through setting objectives, assessing the current situation, identifying opportunities and obstacles, and developing plans or a series of activities. Meanwhile, supervision was carried out through establishing implementation standards, determining and measuring implementation, comparing implementation with standards and analyzing deviations, and taking corrective actions. However, the institution still faces several obstacles in implementing fundraising, including a limited number of team members, the absence of an advertising budget, limited human resources, and limited capacity to create engaging content.
