The blue economy subsectors are proxied by fishery exports, sea transportation, marine floating net cages (FNC), and fish consumption rate. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression based on secondary data obtained from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) covering 16 provinces in Indonesia. The study adopts Ibn Khaldun's Muqaddimah Theory as the grand theory and the Blue Economy Theory as the supporting theory. The results indicate that fishery exports and fish consumption rate have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, whereas sea transportation and marine floating net cages (FNC) do not have a significant effect on economic growth. This study is expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of blue economy subsectors in promoting economic growth and to serve as a reference for the government in formulating sustainable marine development policies.} }
