abstract: This study analyzes the impact of training, work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee productivity at BPRS Formes and BPRS Sleman. Employing a quantitative approach with 52 respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on productivity, whereas work environment and job satisfaction do not have a significant effect when analyzed individually. However, the four variables collectively exert a significant influence. These findings underscore the importance of training and work discipline in enhancing productivity. The companies need to maintain relevant training programs and improve employee discipline while also addressing work environment and job satisfaction to foster a comfortable and productive working atmosphere.
