      "abstract": "This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital,\r\nSocial Capital, and Digital Competence on the performance of\r\nCivil Servants (ASN) within the Central Sulawesi Provincial\r\nGovernment, with Religiosity serving as a moderating variable.\r\nThis quantitative study surveyed 315 civil servants, and the data\r\nwere analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results\r\nindicate that Intellectual Capital does not have a significant\r\neffect, whereas Social Capital and Digital Competence have\r\npositive and significant effects on civil servant performance.\r\nReligiosity does not moderate the relationships involving\r\nIntellectual Capital and Digital Competence but strengthens the\r\ninfluence of Social Capital. The findings underscore the\r\nimportance of collaboration, digital competence, and religious\r\nvalues in enhancing civil servant performance.",
