This quantitative study surveyed 315 civil servants, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Intellectual Capital does not have a significant effect, whereas Social Capital and Digital Competence have positive and significant effects on civil servant performance. Religiosity does not moderate the relationships involving Intellectual Capital and Digital Competence but strengthens the influence of Social Capital.
