abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital,
Social Capital, and Digital Competence on the performance of
Civil Servants (ASN) within the Central Sulawesi Provincial
Government, with Religiosity serving as a moderating variable.
This quantitative study surveyed 315 civil servants, and the data
were analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results
indicate that Intellectual Capital does not have a significant
effect, whereas Social Capital and Digital Competence have
positive and significant effects on civil servant performance.
Religiosity does not moderate the relationships involving
Intellectual Capital and Digital Competence but strengthens the
influence of Social Capital. The findings underscore the
importance of collaboration, digital competence, and religious
values in enhancing civil servant performance.
