This study aims to analyze the reputation management of Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (KPw BI DIY) in addressing QRIS misuse and misinformation to maintain public trust. The study employs Warta’s (2017) reputation management theory, comprising planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, supported by source and expert triangulation. The findings show that KPw BI DIY has implemented reputation management through communication, education, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
