(Shopee) (PayLater) (has) (become) (one) (of) (the) (most) (widely) (used) (BNPL) (services,) (particularly) (among) (people) (in) (Java) (Island,) (which) (has) (the) (highest) (internet) (penetration) (and) (e-commerce) (activity) (in) (Indonesia.) (This) (study) (aims) (to) (examine) (the) (effects) (of) (Perceived) (Usefulness,) (Perceived) (Ease) (of) (Use,) (Trust,) (Perceived) (Risk,) (and) (Social) (Influence) (on) (the) (behavioral) (intention) (to) (use) (Shopee) (PayLater) (and) (to) (investigate) (the) (moderating) (role) (of) (Financial) (Literacy.) (This) (study) (employed) (a) (quantitative) (research) (approach) (using) (a) (survey) (method) (involving) (260) (respondents) (from) (Java) (Island) (who) (had) (previously) (used) (Shopee) (PayLater.) (The) (respondents) (were) (selected) (using) (purposive) (sampling.) (Data) (were) (analyzed) (using) (Partial) (Least) (Squares–Structural) (Equation) (Modeling) ((PLS-SEM)) (with) (SmartPLS) (software. The) (findings) (reveal) (that) (Trust,) (Perceived) (Risk,) (Social) (Influence,) (and) (Financial) (Literacy) (have) (positive) (and) (significant) (effects) (on) (the) (behavioral) (intention) (to) (use) (Shopee) (PayLater.) (In) (contrast,) (Perceived) (Usefulness) (and) (Perceived) (Ease) (of) (Use) (do) (not) (significantly) (influence) (behavioral) (intention.) (Furthermore,) (the) (moderation) (analysis) (indicates) (that) (Financial) (Literacy) (strengthens) (the) (relationship) (between) (Perceived) (Ease) (of) (Use) (and) (behavioral) (intention) (while) (weakening) (the) (relationship) (between) (Perceived) (Usefulness) (and) (behavioral) (intention.)
