Employee well-being reflects a positive condition that enables employees to experience satisfaction, maintain psychological stability, and achieve balance between work and personal life. However, work demands and financial pressure can hinder the achievement of well-being, particularly when they trigger burnout. This study aims to analyze the effects of workload, financial pressure, and work-life harmony on employee well-being, with burnout as a mediating variable among employees of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional approach and was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that workload and financial pressure negatively affect employee well-being, while work-life harmony has a positive effect. Burnout negatively affects employee well-being and mediates all three relationships.
