This condition is different from English language that is used widely by majority of social class, ethnic and community, even used as international language either as communicational or scientific language. To make the function of Arabic as same English function, we ought to open Arabic as inclusive language. This program can be done well, of course, by educational approach. For example, we must change Arabic learning orientation from learning syntax and morphology to learning Arabic as media of communication, from Arabic for special class, ethnic and community to all classes, ethnics and communities.
