Data were gathered via questionnaires distributed to 93 active student users, and the subsequent quantitative analysis employed SUS to gauge usability levels, while SmartPLS 4 served to test both the measurement (outer) and structural (inner) models for exploring inter-variable relationships. An average SUS score of 73.4 positioned the application within the Good, Acceptable, and Grade C ranges, confirming that its usability performance is reasonably satisfactory. All proposed hypotheses found empirical support, as perceived usability exerted a positive and statistically significant influence on Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Behavioral Intention to Use (with p-values consistently below 0.05). These outcomes point to a clear implication: enhancing the system’s usability not only strengthens users’ beliefs about its ease and practical benefits but also reinforces their willingness to keep using the application.
