The research aims to describe the concept of multicultural education, its implementation, and its implications for interreligious tolerance at SMA Negeri 1 Seyegan. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. The research subjects included teachers, students, and parents at SMA Negeri 1 Seyegan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which consists of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that multicultural education at SMA Negeri 1 Seyegan emphasizes the cultivation of tolerance, respect for differences, and harmonious living within the school environment. Its implementation is carried out through fair learning practices, the integration of tolerance values into classroom instruction, habituation through school culture, discussions and group work activities, as well as teachers’ role modeling. Supporting factors include the family environment, school environment, community, learning activities, and the role of teachers, while the inhibiting factor is the absence of a special prayer room for non-Muslim students.
