Initiated by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, this program was developed to support digital learning while simultaneously integrating madrasah administrative services. Despite its implementation, the JMD program still faces various challenges that require attention. This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the JMD program regarding administrative services at MAN 3 Bantul as an effort to improve the quality of madrasah administration. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted at MAN 3 Bantul. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, comprising the madrasah principal, the deputy principal for curriculum affairs, the head of administration, teachers, and students. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model with the aid of NVivo software, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate that JMD is implemented across four key aspects: digital attendance, digital instructional administration, digital assessment and evaluation, and digital academic monitoring. The utilization of JMD supports increased efficiency and service quality through data management that is faster, structured, integrated, and easily accessible, although challenges remain regarding in SDM, technological competence, network connectivity, server issues, and assessment security features.} }
