      "abstract": "The limited impact of productive zakat is influenced by several\r\nfactors, including the lack of sustainable business mentoring,\r\ninsufficient evaluation based on multidimensional poverty\r\nindicators, limited human resources, and the absence of integration\r\nbetween productive zakat programs and local government poverty\r\nalleviation policies. Furthermore governance practices that have not\r\nfully complied with the principles of Good Governance have affected\r\nprogram effectiveness.productive zakat possesses significant\r\nstrategic potential as an instrument for poverty alleviation.\r\nNevertheless, its optimization requires strengthening impact-based\r\ngovernance, enhancing policy integration, and developing a more\r\ntransformative and sustainable assistance model. This study\r\nproposes the Impact Oriented Zakat Governance model, which\r\nemphasizes impact based program evaluation and cross sectoral\r\ncollaboration as essential prerequisites for positioning zakat as an\r\neffective instrument of a strategic mechanism for achieving the\r\nSDGs, particularly in poverty alleviation.",
