This study aims to describe parental involvement in the implementation of Islamic religious education for children with speech delay at RA Ar-Raihan Bantul and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with parents and assistant teachers, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques utilized the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that parental involvement is manifested through six strategic dimensions: accompanying, establishing adaptive communication, providing opportunities for exploration, supervising and guiding, providing motivation, and being religious role models. The implementation of Islamic religious education covering aspects of aqidah, worship, and morals is carried out through visualization, repetition, and positive reinforcement strategies to bridge the child's verbal limitations. The main supporting factors include the depth of parental knowledge and extended family support, while inhibiting factors include parents' limited time due to work busyness and the lack of utilization of appropriate stimulation media in the home environment.} }
