Madukismo Yogyakarta has done. Convertion process of bottom ash into zeolite has four phases: Preparation, refluxing in HCl (reflux time variation 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 hours), zeolite synthesis and characterization. The product of zeolite synthesis is characterized by XRD and FTIR. Product of this synthesis is zeolite type Faujasit, Zeolite Y, Zeolite X, Zeolite Na, and Zeolite ZSM-5. The result of FTIR characterization showed that the pattern adsorption of double ring of zeolite at 560,31-617,65 cm . Reflux time influence the type and christalinity of zeolite synthesis product because refluxing can also cause an Al decreasing and dealumination.. Key word: Zeolite, Bottom Ash, Reflux} }
