        abstract = {Indeed, the problems of environment, both social and natural
ones, have for long time been people's apprehensiveness,
especially when natural disasters take place and various kinds
of diseases spread everywhere which is believed as the impact
of environmental damages.
Since its beginning, Islam has warned people to preserve natural
environment, both directly and indirectly. However, in playing
their caliphate roles, people tend to be incapable of preserving
the balance of their intellectual, emotional, and sense potentials
so they are often entrapped in actions exploiting natural
environment destructively for their short term benefits.
This paper attempts to study the tnatan of Mohammad tradition
concerning the advice to plant trees whenever and wherever.
The study, furthermore, will be contextualized with the necessary
of natural conservation in the Prambanan hill.}
