%X Batik TOPO HP is a company engaged in the industry of making  handmade batik and printed batik. In general productivity in the company is good,  but there is one problem that needs to get treatment as soon as the poor quality of  liquid waste on the results though the batik. This will impact the high  environmental pollution around the company. Therefore the necessary  alternatives that can reduce the level of pollution of the environment and  simultaneously can increase the productivity of the company. The application of  Green Productivity are considered relevant because a GP starting from a strategy  to enhance productivity and environmental performance.   Based on the proposed alternative, alternative 1 was selected as an alternative  solution, i.e. the replacement of textile/chemical dyes with natural dyes. This  solution provides savings 139 million rupiah/year and can improve the  productivity of the company from 115.82% to 115.92%, or increased by 0.10%.  And can contribute to improvement of the EPI index from -556,94 to -75,93 or  increased 481,01.           Keywords : Environmental Performance Indicators, Green Productivity, Uniform  Sequence Method.
