Such three kind factors are the basis for shari'a banking enterprises and the distinct itself from the conventional banks. Yet this islamization model cannot fulfill the spirit of Islamic doctrines itself completely such as social justice and just distribution of wealth on the one hand, and the requirement of an effecient and flexible financial system on the other. Such problem can be found in its practices, so it appears some criticues. Positive responses of Islamic (shari'a) banking practitioners and thinkers obviously are needed to improve the shari'a banking in the future.} }
