Such three kind factors\r\nare the basis for shari'a banking enterprises and the distinct itself from the conventional banks. Yet\r\nthis islamization model cannot fulfill the spirit of Islamic doctrines itself completely such as social\r\njustice and just distribution of wealth on the one hand, and the requirement of an effecient and\r\nflexible financial system on the other. Such problem can be found in its practices, so it appears\r\nsome criticues.
