The method in this study used descriptive quantitative and the subject of this study was user of TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil. The object of this study was user's perception on the quality service of mobile library in TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil In Ledok Tukangan Yogyakarta. The population was 150 people and 30\% of them were sample of data or 45 respondent. The data were collected by using accidental sampling. The method and technique of collecting data used observation, documentation, interview, and questionnaire. The measurement of quality based on likert scale, there was 40 considered indicator divided into 5 sub variable; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The data was analyzed by using mean and grand mean formula. The result of the study showed that user?s perception on the quality service of mobile library in TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil In Ledok Tukangan Yogyakarta was very good with the total average value 3,42.
