"This study was mainly intended to identify user perception on the quality\r\nservice of library mobile at TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil in Ledok Tukangan\r\nYogyakarta. The method in this study used descriptive quantitative and the subject of\r\nthis study was user of TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil. The object of this study was user's\r\nperception on the quality service of mobile library in TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil In\r\nLedok Tukangan Yogyakarta. The population was 150 people and 30% of them were\r\nsample of data or 45 respondent. The data were collected by using accidental\r\nsampling. The method and technique of collecting data used observation,\r\ndocumentation, interview, and questionnaire. The measurement of quality based on\r\nlikert scale, there was 40 considered indicator divided into 5 sub variable; tangible,\r\nreliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The data was analyzed by using\r\nmean and grand mean formula. The result of the study showed that user’s perception\r\non the quality service of mobile library in TBM Pustaka Keliling Adil In Ledok\r\nTukangan Yogyakarta was very good with the total average value 3,42. \r\nKeywords: quality of service, mobile library, TBM"^^ .
