Regardleass of the special cases, it can be attached that the\r\nlaw of God Allah is the major knowledge and the affective instrument as well for\r\nforming the social structure and the life of muslim and also it can guarantee the\r\nIslamic unity and security from any political behaviour problem.\r\nThe amendment of Islamic law show them selves in four figures namely,\r\ncodlvication of Islamic law become the constitutional law of state (siyasah), the\r\nfreedom of Muslim for one school of thought or madzab only of certain law (doctrin\r\ntakhayyur or selection), the development of law in anticipating the development of\r\nlaw appearing the (doctrin tatbiq) or the applied of law for the new event), and the\r\nchange of old law towards the new one.
