%X Protection,treatment and preservation of nation asset especially manuscript
or ancient document which on an average has long aged,becomes our
responsibility and should be handled urgently.Protection,treatment and
preservation should be handled not only physically,but wholly method of
preservation as well.This method of preservation is useful to save the ancient
manuscript or document both physic and content before we lose our valuable old
nation culture. 
The ancient manuscript or document which has long aged is easily
damaged or shattered so it need a special treatment to keep its
preservation.However it does not mean that the manuscript should always be
cleaned because if we often do physical contact with the manuscript it will exactly
damage the physic of the manuscript. 
The process and the mean used in order to preserve the manuscript in
Perpustakaan Balai Bahasa Yogyakarta can be stated very simple and economical
although it is a very simple way, it can preserve the condition of the manuscript
physical so that the existance will always be eternal.
