Porpuse of this study was to determine the role of school libraries SD N Tamansari I Yogyakarta to support teaching and learning activities, especially children with disability (ABK). The type of research used by the researchers in descriptive qualitative data collection tecniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed using a theoretical model Milles and Huberman through three stages, namely reduks data, presentation of data, drawing conclusions and verification. In qualitative research, the validity of the data obtained from the test of credibility, transferability test, dependability test, and test confirmability. The results of this study indicate that the library SD N Tamansari I Yogyakarta was instrumental in supporting the teaching and learning activities, especially children with disability (ABK). In addition to the library SD N Tamansari I Yogyakarta have covered the roleof school libraries in general, ie as a center of teaching and learning in school for educational purposes in accordance with the school curriculum, as a simple research center, as the center of reading books that are fun and recreation, as well as a learning center self-sufficient for the students. Given the role of the school library greatly affect the smooth operation of school, the school and the library is expected to improve the quality of library service, so that the teaching and learning activities in school can de run with the maximum.
