abstract: This research type is quantitative descriptive that aim is to investigate the
Correlation Between Design Books And Reading Interest / User Reading Interest
in the Office Archive and Yogyakarta Library that presented in the form of
statistics. The subject of this study is the user which members and listed in the
Office Archive and Yogyakarta Library is the public members. The methods of
data collected that used by the author to get the relevant data is the observation,
documentation and questionnaires (Questionnaire) 
Based on the results of this study is concluded that there is a positive
relationship between the design of the book and User Reading Interest
(pemustaka) is 0.685 included in the high category. While the product moment
correlations for N = 97 with a significance level a = 5% is equal to 0.1975. Based
on these data was showed that there was a significant correlation between the
design of the book (X) of the User Reading Interest (Y) in the Office Archive and
Yogyakarta Library.
