Water quality measurements carried out with modified Family Biotic Index (mFBI) analysis. Pollution level measurement was based on the number of types of larvae of the order Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera (EPT). The research was conducted over three months in three sub-watersheds Gajah Wong locations. The first location was located in the village of Hargobinangun, the second location in the village of Sardonoharjo and the third location in the village of Minomartani. The method used for sampling was kicking and jabbing techniques. Canonical Corespondence Analysis used to determine the relationship among of environmental parameters and the EPT larvae presence. Based on the results of the study there were 8 families such as Baetidae, Caenidae, Trycorythidae, Cloroperlidae, Nemouridae, Perlidae, Glossosomatidae, Hydropsychidae. mFBI analysis showed that the water quality at three locations decreased gradually during the 3 months. To determine the pollution levels used the number of types of EPT larvae. The result showed in the first location was on light polluted, the second location had fluctuated conditions and in the third location was on light polluted. The results of CCA analysis there were 3 groups whose existence were related to environmental parameters and 1 group existence was not affected by environmental parameters.
